What is a B-Stock?

“B-Stock” means the products are not new but could have been returned opened but not damaged could be in first class condition or were used as a demo unit or display model, may have cosmetic blemishes (scratches, sloppy paint jobs, dents), or could be returns, refurbished, recalled, repaired, or open boxes.  The original box might have been damaged (but not the item).

Alteration of original product.

All of the SpeakerCraft products have been altered from the original products sold as new from the manufacturer, SpeakerCraft.  We have removed the original serial number sticker placed on the Speakercraft products by the manufacturer.  We have removed the original serial number sticker placed on the outside of the box by the original manufacturer in which the products were originally packaged.

Original manufacturer warranty is void.

Speakers missing original serial number means that the original manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to the product.  Without the manufacturer's serial numbers from the product voids the original Speakercraft warranty.  Speakercraft will not service equipment from which the serial numbers had been removed, nor will it be responsible for providing repair, or other technical support services.  This means that the original manufacturer’s repair and/or replacement warranty, limited warranty, product and service assistance, product use information, upgrades, rebates, and recalls, and any other customer product and service assistance is not available to the buyer of our Speakercraft products through the manufacturer.
